DVD Storage Cubbies Reclaimed Wood

Choose from many cubby configurations with our Reclaimed Wood DVD Storage Cubbies. Wall cubbies work perfectly as seasonal decorator accents or as fun game storage units. Each DVD cubby is hand made especially for your DVDs. Use as wall shelf display units for treasured game or DVD collections in an entryway or under a wall mounted television in the living room or den. Designed especially for our Texas home decor department, the DVD storage cubbies offer a choice of the number of cubbyholes and grid design. You get to choose the number of cubbies placed vertically and horizontally. Each individual cubbyhole measures approximately 5″ W x 8″ H x 5 1/2″ D, which fits standard Movie DVD and many Video Game cases.

The “H” and “W” refer to the number and configuration of cubbyholes, NOT to the size of the cubby! So for example, a 4H x 5W would have 4 cubbyholes  going vertically by 5 cubbyholes going horizontally for a total of 20 cubbyholes, a 2H x 4W would have 8 cubbyholes, etc.

Cubbies with 5 ½” depth cubbyholes have horizontal shelves that are approximately 3 ½” deep. There is a gap of approximately 2” behind the shelf within the cubbyhole. This is important to note if you are using this cubby for holding something other than movie DVD or standard game cases. Our cubbies can stand on a table, be mounted on a wall or even lay flat. Our DVD cubbies come with standard wall mounting hardware (pre-attached) and instructions for mounting.

Reclaimed Wood DVD Storage Cubbies Detail

These wooden display wall cubbies are hand made in Texas of enviro-friendly, recycled old wood. The beauty of reclaimed wood products is that no two pieces are exactly alike although we strive for quality, consistency and style in all the items we produce.  These are made out of rustic reclaimed wood which has been exposed to the elements and therefore usually varies in color from to gray to brown and will have rough spots, nail holes, discolorations, etc. We believe this adds to the beauty and uniqueness of each piece but “rustic” is a subjective description and some shoppers prefer more or less rustic.

The pictures on this page are to help you select your preferred cubby layout and are pictures of coffee mug cubbies, not DVD cubbies which you are actually ordering (we hope this doesn’t cause you confusion).
